3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, on performance of the contract (the offer) and on compliance with the legal obligations applicable to the Controller.
4. Sharing with third parties
Data is shared with the payment service provider solely to process the payment. No other sharing takes place, except where required by law.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored no longer than necessary to provide the service and for the periods required by law. The Controller applies organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.
The email address provided when confirming domain ownership is stored to deliver reports (including the PDF version) and receipts for as long as the service is used for that domain, and is deleted when the domain is removed from the service or at the request of the data subject (see section 6).
6. Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing. Send your request to support@blindspotscan.com.

Google Analytics sets analytics cookies and processes this data on our behalf. IP anonymisation is enabled, and we do not send your domain, email address or any data from the check form to Google Analytics.
