Public offer for services

This document constitutes a public offer and sets out the terms on which services are provided for regular automated checks of the external perimeter of a website.

Service provider: [Operator name], [Registration number], [Registered address].

1. Subject

1.1. The provider performs automated analysis of publicly available information about the external perimeter of the customer's website (domain) — a regular external perimeter check (ASM).

1.2. Checks are passive: no vulnerabilities are exploited, the website is not affected and no significant load is generated. The website keeps working as usual and visitors notice nothing.

1.3. The service is not a penetration test, does not replace a professional security audit and is informational in nature.

2. Plans and payment

2.1. The basic check is free. It can be started once every 30 days per domain; after a paid check of that domain — once an hour.

2.2. The deep check costs $49 for the first check of a domain; subsequent checks of the same domain cost $5.

2.3. An expert consultation costs $50 per hour.

2.4. Payment is made by the customer by card through the payment service provider.

2.5. The current price of the service is shown on the website at the time of ordering.

3. How the service is provided

3.1. The customer enters a domain and starts the check.

3.2. For the deep check the customer confirms ownership of the domain: a code is sent to the email address provided (a few minutes).

3.3. The result (the report) is delivered to the customer through the website after payment.

3.4. The report is generated automatically; the provider may use third-party services and automated tools to perform the check.

4. Cancellation and refunds

4.1. The customer may cancel an ordered deep check before it starts — in that case the payment is refunded in full.

4.2. Once the service has been provided (the report has been delivered) no refund is made, because the service is delivered in electronic form and consumed at the moment the result is provided.

4.3. If the provider could not technically perform the check (the domain was unreachable, the check failed for reasons attributable to the provider), the payment is refunded in full.

5. Liability

5.1. The report reflects the state of the external perimeter at the time of the check. It is not a guarantee that no vulnerabilities exist and it is not legal advice.

5.2. The provider is not liable for actions of third parties taken on the basis of the report, nor for changes in or unavailability of the external data sources used during the check.

6. Final provisions

6.1. These terms are governed by the law applicable at the provider's place of business.

6.2. The provider may amend these terms; the current version is published on the website. The terms for paid orders are fixed at the moment of acceptance.

6.3. Contacts: support@blindspotscan.com.
